M—TT is a training institute born from the desire to offer rich, human-centered, and accessible programs for future teachers of yoga, Pilates, barre, and other movement disciplines.
We bridge the wisdom of traditional movement practices with modern science, inviting students to understand movement through multiple lenses—from biomechanics and anatomy to breath, nervous system regulation, mental health, and lived experience. Our goal is to cultivate thoughtful, adaptable teachers who understand not only how the body moves, but how people learn, connect, and transform through movement.
Created in Montreal in 2024 by Matea Zelovic, M—TT brings together a team of passionate educators whose diverse backgrounds enrich every training. Each trainer brings their own unique knowledge, perspective, and experience, united by a deep commitment to support the next generation of movement teachers.
Building a new generation of kind, inclusive, and competent teachers who place human connection, embodied awareness and attunement at the heart of their practice.
Transformation begins with a safe and welcoming space.
Teaching grounded in practice
Each program includes practical internships, mentoring, observations, and personalized feedback.

Human and inclusive approach
Our training programs are designed to embrace diversity in all its forms - cultural, physical, and identity-related.
